We are looking for a highly motivated Investor Relations Associate to join our team. This person will play a key role for fundraising and investor relations activities at our firm. Ideally you will have at least three years of experience within an investor relations role that includes the ability to manage fundraising processes, with a strong interest in South East Asia and early stage tech investments. You will be investor focused, intellectually curious, comfortable with numbers and willing to go the extra mile.

This role will be based in Singapore and report into our Head of Investor Relations with direct access and exposure to the partners due to our flat structure, which will suit a driven and ambitious person.

• Support organization of investor fundraisings and outreach events
• Prepare and maintain investor communication materials, including data rooms, quarterly reports, pitch decks, due diligence questionnaires etc
• Knowledge of investment landscape with the ability to produce market research and analysis to support investor relations and fundraising activities
• Plan and support the organization of AGMs, including the preparation of presentations
• Facilitate and coordinate investor relations events, including maintaining corporate calendar and investor engagements
• Relationship management of existing investors, ensuring timely responses to all investor queries

• At least 3-4 years of professional experience in investor relations/fundraising with the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work closely with our finance team  to analyze financial data to communicate to investors confidently — verbally, visually and in writing
• Investor-orientated with exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to work unsupervised to meet deadlines
• Strong reporting writing and analytical skills
• High proficiency in all Microsoft and Google platforms with ability to maintain CRM systems
• Must maintain a high level of accuracy whilst achieving an outstanding quality of work
• Mandarin Chinese  language ability would be great nice-to-have
