She has a diverse background in Big Four accounting firms, private equity, and fund administration, bringing over 15 years of experience in the finance industry. .

Prior to joining Monk’s Hill Ventures, Iris provided comprehensive services to private equity clients in the fund administration industry. She effectively managed client relationships and external fund activities such as fund reporting, investor capital activities, and fund-specific fee calculation. Additionally, Iris coached and supervised team members in Singapore, Malaysia, India, and Japan to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Before that, she managed all finance functions for a private equity real estate fund for over four years. Iris spent more than eight years at KPMG, working in both Hong Kong and Bermuda, where she managed assurance engagements for various financial institutions.

Iris holds an accounting degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a Certified Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a Financial Risk Manager.
