Prior to joining Monk's Hill Ventures, Samuel was an Associate Vice President at Tokopedia, where he led the Fulfillment and Retail B2C business. Samuel also co-founded Swift Logistics Solutions, a tech-enabled Logistics start-up, which was acquired by Tokopedia in 2020 and was recently re-launched as GoTo Logistics by the GoTo Group.

He holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London.
