Although we are not a seed fund, in exceptional cases, we have supported some of these entrepreneurs with a seed check.

We do not typically have information rights or a board seat in these companies. Participation in subsequent rounds is not guaranteed and will be subject to the MHV typical investment process and considerations at Pre-Series A and Series A. We view these investments to be distinct from our core investment work, which do not preclude us from considering similar companies for our core investment strategy.
